Research: Card Sort + Audience Survey

Gather feedback from constituents to help organize your website sitemap, improve the user experience and drive click-throughs.

What it includes:

Blackbaud will run a report of all the pages in your website and remove the ones that are not relevant
Import the list of pages into an online tool
Create an online survey that has two parts -
- Survey questions about your website such as "What do you look for on our site?" and "How would you like to see our site improved?"
- An exercise where users will sort your pages into groups that make sense to them
Blackbaud will analyze the data from the survey and put together a report with the results, including a recommended site map
