Goals and Challenges:
CCSWW had an old site that was difficult for them to update, had ADA compliant issues and had a lot of unorganized information. There homepage was not very friendly to first time visitors and it was difficult for people coming to the site looking for services to find what services were offered in their area.
The main goals for the new site were to make information easier to find and to increase engagement.
Our Solution:
Our solution involved a full audit of all their content, a new simplified site map, and reorganizing their service pages into categories that could be searched and filtered based on topic or area.
We created a homepage that was focused on first-time visitors and included obvious select menus for people looking for services, while also including content that would appeal to donors and volunteers. We also built the site in a way that is easy to maintain and update and increased ADA compliance.
