Our mission is to enforce, advance and defend the legal rights of low income and vulnerable people in order to obtain for them the basic necessities of life. We provide free legal help in certain types of civil cases to people in 48 counties in Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands.

Our Solution:
- Reduced the number of pages overall and combined similar content on pages organized with tabs, accordions, or anchor links.
- Restructured their site map with key audiences in mind to make content easier to find.
- Created a more engaging and simplified design with obvious calls to action to key pages.
- Used embedded forms to simplify the user experience and reduce the number of clicks.
- Added an escape button, accessability tools, and a language translator.
- Created a filterable database for job listings and filterable tool for a staff directory.
Combined what was many pages into simple tabs.
